1 Small bunch of celery, chopped
1 Large red onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
2 Pounds ground chuck
1 6-ounce package wide noodles
1 Bottle green olives
1 Can mushrooms
1 Small can tomato paste
1 Can tomato soup
1 Small can tomato sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
3/4 Pound grated cheddar cheese
Saute chopped celery, onions, and green pepper in vegetable oil.
Brown ground chuck, drain, and add to the vegetables.
Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain. Add noodles to the meat and vegetables.
Then, add mushrooms, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and soup. Mix thoroughly.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a dash of Tabasco to taste. Mix again. Finally, add grated cheese and mix.
Pour the mixture into a large greased casserole dish.
Bake at 250 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 30-40 minutes.
