3 dl sugar
3 dl all-purpose flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1.5 teaspoons vanilla sugar
150 grams melted butter
1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
75 grams chopped nuts or/and 0.75 dl shredded coconut
Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter cake pan.
Mix together all the ingredients except for cinnamon and nuts or coconut.
Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle cinnamon, nuts, or just coconut on top.
Bake in a preheated 175°C (350°F) oven for about 30 minutes.
